School system leaders are responsible for setting expectations and policies, holding school leaders accountable, and bringing together the stakeholders who determine whether every child has access to the resources and opportunities they need to thrive. We partner with school boards, superintendents, system leaders who supervise principals, and other district leadership to help develop educational equity. In our principal supervisor program alone, over six years, we have developed 108 principal supervisors working across 36 districts in 21 states, who collectively reach close to 1,900 principals and more than 500,000 students.
Understand your role in developing and implementing policies, including equity policies.
Acquire the tools to make the shift from principal or district leader to superintendent.
Support school leaders in ways that enable them to lead culturally responsive schools.
Develop innovative approaches to bringing a consistent equity lens to school and district leadership to transform schools.
School and district leadership can work together to find power in numbers.
