The Leadership Academy participated in a two-part discussion as part of the Education Leadership for a Digital World webinar series hosted by Digital Promise and sponsored by the Wallace Foundation.
The first session on June 16, 2020, “Principal Supervision and Distance Learning: What’s the Right Approach?” featured Leadership Academy President and CEO Dr. Nancy B. Gutierrez with Meredith Honig, central-office reform expert, professor and director of the District Leadership Design Lab at the University of Washington, and a member of our Expert Advisory Council who just published “Supervising Principals for Instructional Leadership.” The conversation highlighted two big questions–where the two pandemics (racial injustice & COVID-19) play into virtual leadership coaching today.
