The Leadership Academy was recently featured in an Education Week article announcing our newly-formed partnership with the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. The program is designed to support and develop a racially and ethnically diverse cohort of aspiring district leaders to create more culturally responsive districts and realize better outcomes for students, particularly those who have been historically marginalized. “We’re hoping, as an organization, that this will be the first of many states who are making this effort,” said Leadership Academy Chief of Staff, Carole Learned-Miller.
